Skin cleansing is an important activity that keeps you very healthy. By cleansing the dirt and dust or other unwanted substances are removed. This way the clogging on the pores of the skin is removed. It also improves the complexion. Skin has at least three layers; which are Epidermis, Dermis and subcutaneous.

Epidermis:

This is the top layer of the skin. It is thick and is constantly shed. This process of shedding is natural through which the dry cells of the epidermis are thrown out.

Dermis:

It is the next layer of the skin. It gives the skin bounce and contains the blood vessels which nourish the skin and keeps moisture.

Subcutaneous:

This is the third layer of the skin found below the dermis and made out of the fatly tissue. This gives the body shape and complexion and makes free from wrinkles.

Cleansing of external surface on a day to day basis helps maintaining a healthy, clean appearance. Sometimes we apply creams and powders. They may cause clogging of the pores of the skin, would result in blackheads or pimples. Hence skin cleansing is a must.

Oily skin can be cleansed with foaming wash. Dry skin is to be cleansed with related products and combination skin is to be cleansed with gel based cleansing soaps. The mature skin can be cleansed with cleansing creams or cleansing milk which provide nourishment and retain moisture. Deep cleanse can be maintained with exfoliates, peelers or scribers. They should have been made with foul grains which may provide soft touch and make the skin pores free from clogging.

Products To Use For Cleansing:

Soaps:

Soaps are the common type of cleansing material. Soaps are widely used by people and many varieties of products are also available in the market. While using soaps, the skin must be thoroughly rinsed. Soar remains on the skin when we take bath in hard water; whereas in soft water bath is free from sodium content. The hard water bath with the help of soaps when they stay on the skin as a residue; they combine with calcium and magnesium salts in the water and would form a sedum which may remove the natural oils on it and make it dry. There are medicated soaps, moistening soaps, super felted soaps, liquid soaps, performed soaps available. You can choose the right one relevant to the skin.

Cleansing Creams:

There are many creams available to cleanse skin. They may be milk based lotions or foams gels and liquids. They are made out of oil or water but are modified as per the commercial nature of the product. They would remove oil on oily skins. It is possible to cleanse with liquid paraffin or vegetable oils. They remove dirt and create good smell.

The Right Way To Use Cleansers:

Cleanse gently with the cleansers in your hand. The movement can be upward or downward and leave the cleanser for a few moments before clearly washing out with clean water. The moisture on the body can be dried up with pure cotton wool.

    Skin cleansing aims to clean and remove every single surface of dirt in our face. These dirt can accumulate pimples and clogging of pores. We should wash our face as often as possible or it depends on our skin type. A normal skin requires at least 3times of cleansing in a day.
